Most items will be shipped through USPS within 48 hours of order.

NO returns on CUSTOM designed SHOES
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your ship date. Sale items are FINAL SALE. Please review our exceptions list for ineligible items in the exceptions below. Please submit your request for return authorization number by emailing:

1. Email us at to obtain your Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns made without the RA# will not be accepted.
2. After receiving your RA# please fill out the returns form and pack your item securely in an appropriate envelope or box and send it to the address provided.
3. Write your RA# given to you by the returns department on the outside of your package and on your returns form.Please note that we are not responsible for items shipped back to us should they be lost or damaged during transit and as such we urge you to insure your item as this will provide you with recourse with the shipping company.Tags cannot be taken off or secured or pinned back on, they must be present on the item as they were sent out. Items must be returned with all original vendor packaging in the condition you received it as they are considered part of the product. Items which do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange will not be accepted.
Refunds will be credited to the same card used to make your purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund for any order which included free shipping. Please allow 5-7 days for your refund to be processed. Depending on your credit card company's processing times, it can take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped tracking information will be sent to you via email within 24 hours.
Exchanges and Store Credits
Once your item for exchange is received your new item will be sent to you. Please allow 4-5 days processing time. Exchanges and store credits must be made for in-stock items and cannot be used with a discount coupon code or on pre-order items.
If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it or obtain store merchandise credit. If you wish to return a gift item, please follow the same return instructions.
All items are fully inspected and shipped in pristine condition. However, should you receive a defective item please notify us within two days of receipt to be eligible for a return.
Keep in mind that some of our clothes tend to be fitted. If you fall in between sizes, it is advisable to choose the next size up for a good fit. Some items may also run small please contact us before purchasing for questions.
All shoes are true to size (American standard sizes). Please contact with questions in regards to fit to make sure you pick the correct size.
